Hi there. I am Hayden Waititi Parata, Director and Buyer’s Agent at Simple Home Buyers. I believe that buying property is far more than just a transaction. It is the start of a new chapter: a home for your family, a foundation for your future, a place where memories are made. That belief guides everything I do.

My journey into property began by helping family and friends find homes that suited their lives. Over time I realised I had a real passion for using what I learned from hands on construction, property investing and years of market research to help more people. What started as personal support turned into a mission: to make property buying transparent, stress free and deeply personalised.

I work mainly with busy professionals, families and SMSF investors — people who do not always have time or do not know where to start. I understand that each client has a unique story, goals and challenges. So I take the time to listen, to understand what matters most to you: whether that is space for a growing family, a strong investment for retirement or balancing lifestyle with finance. I commit to helping you find not just a house, but the right property: a home or investment that aligns with your life and ambitions.

What sets me apart is the combination of solid experience, data driven insight and genuine care. I draw on my background in construction and investing to spot structural and growth potential, uncover on market and off market opportunities and negotiate hard on your behalf. I handle the heavy lifting, from due diligence, market research, liaising with solicitors and conveyancers through to settlement, so you do not have to worry about the details.

Originally from New Zealand and proud of my Maori heritage, I carry strong values of integrity, community and family into every client relationship. Now working on Sydneys North Shore, I treat every client as part of my extended whanau — with respect, honesty and care.

I moved into the buyer’s agent space after more than 20 years working in construction and quantity surveying, both in New Zealand and Australia. As I climbed the commercial construction ladder, I began investing in property myself and quickly realised how powerful it was for creating true financial freedom compared to relying solely on a 9–5. I started helping family and friends secure their homes and investment properties, and seeing the impact this had on their lives inspired me to pursue buyer’s agency full-time. Today, I use my construction background, contract and negotiation experience, and on-the ground suburb research across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia to help clients confidently purchase quality homes and investment properties that support their long-term financial goals.
